  • THE PRAZ NEIGHBOURHOOD

    The Praz is the highest valued area in Chamonix, because the valley is wide and sunny there. You will admire the most beautiful properties in a preserved natural area.

    Due to an ideal location, you will be able to go skiing on foot in the main skiing domains, Brévent-Flégère (2 minutes), to go skiing by the little train to Les Grands Montets domain (10 minutes), and to go on foot on the cross-country skiing slopes (5 minutes). During the summer, you will be near the majority of hiking starting points, but also 3 minutes away on foot from the Golf and close to the swimming-pool and tennis courts (10 minutes)

  • THE CARETAKING SERVICE COMPANY

    We are entirely at your disposal to make your experience unforgettable. A local caretaking service company is committed to you and will be there for you all along your stay. A wide range of activities exists in Chamonix, so let us guide you…

    Here is the list of services which can be proposed:

    • Rental of the skiing equipment.
    • Delivery of the ski pass before the client’s arrival.
    • Delivery and storage of shopping.
    • Preparation of meals in the Chalet by a head cook or a kitchen help.
    • Baby-sitting all along the week or in the evening (person with a diploma for children less than 3 years old).
    • Full-service bakery and newspaper delivery every morning.

    Very good location for exploring the Chamonix valley. Nice walk along the Arveyron river at night to reach the centre of Chamonix. Superb view of the Drus from the lounge. Departures of hikes on foot from the chalet Nice attention with the bottle of champagne in the fridge.

    This chalet was perfect for our ski vacation. We loved the fully-equipped kitchen and especially loved the ski boot dryer located in the entry. Less than a five minute walk to the La Flegere tram. Awesome central location for hitting all of the Mont Blanc ski resorts.
